Use visual claims to describe a photograph without assuming written metadata exists.

1. Create item per image
   Every captured image becomes its own photo item.
2. Analyze thumbnail
   Run thumbnail enrichment. High-res vision is not scheduled by default.
3. Defer metadata backs
   Back-of-photo metadata is deferred until the attach-to-previous directive exists.

1. Use visual description
   Build title and description from observed thumbnail claims.
2. Preserve given context
   Accession, source loc, folder labels, operator keywords, and notes become given context.
3. Avoid unsupported identity
   People, places, and dates stay speculative unless visible or given.
